Rock Cakes

We are enjoying digging out our old recipes in cooking club.

This week we discussed quick and easy recipe’s we all enjoyed making. A popular recipe that came up time and time again was the classic rock cake. Residents enjoyed making this tried and tested recipe and the result went down a treat! We are looking forward to turning our hand to festive recipes in the coming weeks.
