Staff & Residents Celebrate Our Survey Results!

We are all thrilled about our fantastic results from our most recent external survey.

To celebrate, we had an afternoon with staff and residents filled with Nosecco, donuts, and lots of other lovely, sweet treats. This was a wonderful opportunity for staff from all departments to celebrate their hard work and enjoy a chat over a treat with the residents. Resident Sheila Keast raised a glass to the staff and said, “I just want to thank you all for what you do.” We do love an excuse to pop a bottle of bubbly here at Avon Cliff, and we look forward to the next occasion!
