VE Day Tea Party

We gathered for an incredibly special VE Afternoon Tea Party today! 

The dining room was adored with Union Jack bunting and staff dressed up for the occasion. 

We also enjoyed plenty of tea, scones, and cake. And as wartime melodies played, residents – some of whom had lived through the war – joined in and we sang the afternoon away.
