Wimborne Model Town

What better way to spend a sunny day than a day out at Wimborne Model Town?

We enjoyed a relaxing and leisurely walk around the model village, pointing out the small details of the little sets through the tiny windows and recognising parts of the village that represent the real Wimborne! After a stroll around the village and sensory garden, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at the attached café and had a chat about the little details we noticed in the model.

A firm favourite was the wedding taking place in the model Minster! Michael said, “It’s an absolutely charming place; I’ve had a lovely day.” We are now the proud owners of an annual pass to the village, so we’re looking forward to many more visits to come.
