Colten Care Named Finalist in Prestigious National Care Awards

Colten Care is proud to announce that the company – along with four of its exceptional team members – has been shortlisted for this year’s National Care Awards, one of the UK’s most respected celebrations of excellence in social care.
Our finalists are:
- Care Registered Nurse: Daniela Buzatu, Senior Nurse, Belmore Lodge, Lymington
- Home Manager: Jackie Cash, Home Manager, Braemar Lodge, Salisbury
- Dementia Home Manager: Martin Corrigan, Home Manager, The Aldbury, Poole
- Care Housekeeper: Angela Dibble, Group Housekeeper
Colten Care itself has also been named a finalist in the ‘Home Group – Medium’ category, recognising the outstanding quality and dedication delivered across all our homes.
The finalists were surprised with the news during this year’s Colten Champions awards, enabling them to celebrate their achievement with colleagues across the group.
Chief Executive Mark Aitchison said:
“Daniela, Jackie, Martin and Angela thoroughly deserve this recognition. They put in tremendous hard work and commitment every day for the benefit of our residents. The same goes for the Colten-wide shortlisting, which reflects the commitment of our whole team.”
With hundreds of entries submitted each year, reaching the finalist stage is a significant achievement. Winners will be announced at the awards night in London this November.
