Survey

Feedback is very important to us.

Our four types of surveys help us listen, learn and continually improve. The four surveys are (1) resident survey, (2) first impressions, (3) short stay and (4) professional surveys. The highlights for each can be read by clicking on the appropriate tab below…

As a family run company feedback is very important to us. It enables us to evalulate and continuously improve the care and environment that we provide for residents and families.

Our residents - and their health and happiness - is at the centre of everything we do. We strive to achieve 100% satisfaction in all areas and where we fall short, ensure we put a plan in place to make it right. As a result, over the years we are receiving better and better feedback, of which we are very proud. This document highlights the feedback in 5 key areas, with further details overleaf.
