A Delightful Visit from Umber

Jane from Helping Hands Dogs paid a visit to the home today, bringing along Umber, a lively yet gentle English Springer Spaniel.

Her soft coat and friendly nature made her an instant favourite with residents, who welcomed her warmth and playful personality.

Jane explained that while six-year-old Umber is calm at home, she becomes full of joy on walks, delighting residents with her energy. Many shared memories of their own pets, swapping stories and photos that brought smiles and laughter.

Umber also performed a few tricks for treats, and some residents enjoyed a one-to-one visit in their rooms. It was a heart-warming afternoon of companionship, laughter, and gentle connection.
