A Taste of Italy

We wanted to transport residents to the streets of Italy. 

The afternoon started with fun facts and a quiz, and residents enjoyed tasting Italian amaretti, cantuccini biscuit, and a classic tiramisu. 

We finished the afternoon with Italian wine tasting. Tony said the Valpolicella Ripasso Red was his favourite: he said it was a very bold, fruity wine which he would recommend pairing with any Italian dish.

Residents had a lovely time and really enjoyed sharing memories of holidays and trips to Italy.
