All you need is love!

When you think of love and romance and ask what it means to others, somebody will invariably mention Paris! 

Thus it was that we decided an armchair travel trip to France was the perfect way to spend the afternoon. Beginning in the gloriously sunny French Riviera, with a taste of romantic hilltop villages such as Èze and Grasse, where you will find world-class parfumiers. The port town of Fréjus, with its tree-lined squares and street cafes, seemed the perfect place to pause and enjoy our refreshments. We continued to Paris, enjoying an informative and lively tour before taking in a performance of the ‘can-can’ at the Moulin Rouge.  As we finished our trip, we had our own ‘comic moment’ with the balloons and rose petals we had used to decorate the room – Deirdre was hoping we could keep the rose petals!
