Cooking Club

With the guidance of Chef Mansour, the Avon Reach Cooking Club baked a delicious apple pie this afternoon. 

Mansour helped the group by suggesting additional ingredients like sultanas and cinnamon to enhance the flavour of the apples.  

The group creatively crafted leaf shapes from the pastry to beautifully decorate the top of the pie. Later, during teatime, everyone enjoyed a slice of the delicious apple pie paired with a cup of tea.
