Decorating The Christmas Tree

Over the last three months, residents at Avon Reach have been busy making over one hundred pompoms and snowmen for our Christmas tree at St Thomas’ Church in Lymington.

We travelled there on our minibus during the week to decorate the tree with three of our residents.

Anita mentioned how lovely it was to see so many different Christmas trees displayed in the church and how beautiful it looked. Ruth, our Home Manager, added that it was wonderful to be part of such a special festive event.

We are looking forward to returning to the church on December 2nd to perform alongside other New Forest homes in a choir performance.
