Our very own Tomato, Lemongrass, Chilli & Ginger Jam!

For an entry to this years produce show, we have grown various plants in the garden to make produce with.

This includes our cherry tomatoes and lemongrass which we turned into a beautiful chutney. We then took the opportunity to pair it with cheese and enjoy  them all in a social afternoon.
