Trip to Swanage

Our trip today was an all-day excursion to Swanage. 

It was a beautiful sunny morning allowing us to take in all the sights on the drive to the ferry in Poole. Residents also really enjoyed reminiscing on some of the places they knew. 

We enjoyed the ferry ride and then arriving in Swanage, we viewed the steam train, settled on the green for an amazing picnic prepared by our kitchen, shared memories, and enjoyed the atmosphere of lovely Swanage. 

We drove back via Corfe Castle in the sunshine, and everyone said what a lovely day they’d had.
