That’s why we conduct a comprehensive resident survey every year to gather valuable feedback on our services and living environment. As an independent, family-owned company, this survey plays a vital role in our commitment to continually enhancing the quality of life for our residents at Avon Reach. Their health and happiness are at the centre of everything we do, and we believe that listening to their voices is the key to the exceptional care we are renowned for.
Residents shared their thoughts on various aspects of their care experience, including the home environment, the responsiveness of management, the quality of care they receive, their daily routines and dining experiences, and the quality and variety of activities available to them.
Once the surveys are completed, our team thoroughly reviews the feedback to identify key areas for improvement. We use this information to make informed decisions and implement changes that directly address the needs and preferences of our residents. Our goal is to create a nurturing and supportive environment that reflects the input of our residents
To stay aligned with the evolving needs of our community, we conduct these surveys annually. This regular feedback allows us to track our progress over time and adjust our strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
