Let us eat cake... both residents and staff were keen to support this event. The cakes were made by staff and all departments were represented, the lightest Victoria Sponge ever made by Graham, a variety of delicious gluten free and diabetic cakes were on offer to ensure no-one was left out of the taste test. A delicious chocolate and raspberry cake, which was another favourite made by Kelly and there were many more. Anne said it was like being a child in a sweet shop, and she wasn’t sure which one to try first. A huge thank you to the staff and all those who donated to take part in the coffee morning.
