Betty’s Special Salad

Betty had a lovely wish to recreate her favourite homemade salad, choosing all the ingredients herself.

With the support of our wonderful waitress Jas, Betty got to select her preferred vegetables, herbs, and toppings, and then assemble her salad exactly as she likes it. The activity brought back fond memories of her time in the kitchen at home, and she delighted in tasting her creation.

It was a simple but meaningful experience, giving Betty the independence to cook in her own way while enjoying the process. She enjoyed it so much that she even saved some ingredients to make the salad again the following day — a delicious success!
