Celebrating 13 Years of Dedication

This week at Belmore Lodge, we came together to bid a fond farewell to Jess, who is embarking on a new chapter in her life.

Jess has been a valued member of the team for over 13 years, beginning in housekeeping and progressing to Senior Care Lead.

Her dedication to residents, her patience with colleagues, and her commitment to high standards have left a lasting impression on everyone. She has been a trusted guide, mentor, and friend within the home, and her absence will be deeply felt.

We wish Jess every success and happiness in her next adventure and thank her for over a decade of outstanding service.
