Lymington Town Women substitute ‘hand-me-downs’ for brand new kits

Colten Care are thrilled to announce our sponsorship of Lymington Town FC Women’s squad kit.

The team, which is currently in league six of the Hampshire County Women’s Football League, has previously had to make do with old kits from the men’s team.

The new kit, emblazoned with the Colten Care brand, was presented to the squad by Lorraine Bell, home manager at our Lymington based, dedicated dementia home Linden House, along with residents from the home.

Linden House resident Elaine Williams said: “The girls look lovely in their new football kit.”

Becky Wildman, Lymington Town FC Women’s Manager said: “As a team we are very grateful for Colten Care sponsoring our brand new kit which we absolutely love.

“We are the first ladies football team in Lymington and we are very proud to have Colten Care as our sponsors. A couple of our players work for Colten Care, including myself, which makes it very special. We look forward to seeing some of our residents and colleagues at our home games.”

The presentation coincided with the team’s fixture against Clanfield Women’s FC, which despite being a hard-fought match was won by Clanfield 5-2.
