A Day at the Beach

We thought we’d make the best of the lovely weather we’ve been having, and head down to Lee-on-the-Solent beach. 

We set off on the minibus before midday, and arrived just in time for some lunch, so we got some fresh fish and chips, and picked the best sunny spot to watch the waves whilst we ate.  

Later, we got off and took a gentle stroll by the beach, resident Jean said: “I love the feel of the wind in my hair, this is perfect,” as we enjoyed a slight breeze whilst warming in the sun and listening to the waves.
