Cat and Fiddle Farm Pumpkin Picking

This afternoon, Fernhill residents enjoyed a delightful minibus trip to Cat and Fiddle Pumpkin Farm in Christchurch.

The crisp autumn air and overcast skies set the perfect scene for an afternoon outdoors. Residents wandered through the pumpkin patch, chatting and laughing as they searched for the perfect pumpkin. Some chose large, round pumpkins ideal for carving, while others picked smaller, uniquely shaped gourds for decoration.

Our journey continued to Barton-on-Sea, where we stopped to enjoy refreshments while taking in the stunning view of the Isle of Wight.

Everyone returned home smiling, pumpkins in hand, grateful for an afternoon filled with laughter, fresh air, and the simple joys of the season.
