Easter Raffle

Residents, families, and staff at Braemar Lodge have been busy purchasing raffle tickets and trying to guess the name of the Easter rabbit for the past three weeks. 

Everyone assembled in the library today for a cup of tea and cake and to see what the results would be. 

Catherine’s number came up and she picked the furry lamb and chocolate eggs which she told us she will give to her grandchildren. 

Up next, came Clare’s number and she chose a large chocolate egg and selection of sweets. 

The third ticket was drawn and Rae – who had only just picked up her tickets – won a large mint chocolate egg and sweet selection. 

Finally, with great excitement, a name was drawn for the rabbit – ‘EDWARD’! This meant Companionship Team Leader Graham won! 

In total, we raised over £230.00!
