Festive Fun with St Peter’s Primary School
Today, we welcomed back St Peter’s Primary School who visited to do a carol service for our residents.
We normally have 10 children come for their visits, but today we welcomed 22 children!
Some of the children brought instruments and played some Christmas songs on their trumpets, trombone, clarinet, flute, and cello. Our residents were overjoyed to see them and joined in with singing while they were playing.
The other children also performed together as a choir to song some classic Christmas carols. At the end of their performance, they were treated with a visit from Father Christmas himself, who, along with resident Gill Swaby handed out a selection box to each child.
We are looking forward to welcoming them back in the new year and hearing all about their Christmas festivities.
