Poole Harbour Cruise

Residents from The Aldbury had a wonderful day out around Poole Harbour on board The Dolphin III, part of The Friends Of Dolphin charity.

The Friends of Dolphin Charity is run entirely by volunteers. Their aim is to provide a specially equipped safe boat to give free pleasure trips to disabled persons of all ages and disabilities. All monies and  donations go to the running of the Dolphin vessel.

Residents Terry, Jeanette, Bridget, and Elsie enjoyed a relaxing day out on the water around Poole Harbour and Browsea Island.

Bridget expressed delight at the trip, telling companions about her travels abroad to Switzerland, whilst Terry reminisced about his time on his cabin cruiser.

Overall, a wonderful time was spent, the bad weather held off and even the sun came to greet us!
