Trialling a Brand New Instrument

We are very lucky to have been asked to test a brand-new instrument designed by Sheffield University. 

The instrument is called a Slider Box; it has been designed to replicate a music studio mixing deck, housed inside a retro wooden box. Each slider or button is connected to a pre-programmed sound and the user can mix and match their own music. 

Julia and Companion Laura had lots of fun creating different music and finished it off with some pre-set songs everyone in Meads lounge could listen and sing along to. 

We think the Slider Box is definitely a hit!
