Residents from Bourne View recently enjoyed a wonderful day out at the Bournemouth Oceanarium – a first-time experience for many!
This trip was particularly exciting for our animal lovers, offering the chance to see a variety of aquatic creatures up close.

One of the highlights of the visit was walking through the incredible underwater tunnel, where residents could take in the sights of marine life from all angles. We also had the opportunity to watch feeding time, witnessing the lively interactions between the animals while listening to an insightful talk from the zoologists.
After exploring the exhibits, we took a well-earned break at the Oceanarium’s Offshore Café, enjoying lunch with beautiful sea views. Before heading home, there was time for a browse in the gift shop and a leisurely stroll along the pier, complete with a classic seaside treat, ice cream!
