An Outing to Southbourne

Recently we had lunch out on the south coast, we visited ‘The Spy Glass & Kettle’ at Southbourne, which is very near the beach front.

We had a lovely table in the conservatory served with some lovely wine, whilst browsing our menus. French Onion Soup was a popular choice, along with Chicken Goujons for our starters, followed by Hunters Chicken, Fish & Chips or Macaroni Cheese. Temptation got the better of us when it came to our desserts, we had apple crumble & creamy custard, which went down a treat. After lunch we had a lovely trip to the New Forest for some beverages. We had such a lovely day.
