Baking Marble Cakes
At our Sunday afternoon cooking club, we chose to make a white and milk chocolate Marble Cake.
We looked at what ingredients we needed, then we looked into the process of how to bake our cake. Peter had already decided he was going to lick the spoon before we had mixed our cake, it remined him of when he was a young boy.
Pam enjoyed putting all the ingredients together in the bowl, Joan enjoyed adding the butter to the sugar. We made two mixtures: one for the white chocolate and one for the milk chocolate to be added.
We then mixed the ingredients together by folding gently so we could get the marbling effect for our cake. The best part came when we all tasted the finished product and it was delicious!
