Caring Canines

Lenka and her dog Chewie are cherished regular guests at Bourne View, visiting approximately once a month, and sometimes even more frequently.

Today, they graced us with their presence, generously dedicating their time to visit everyone’s bedrooms and communal areas. Each resident had the delightful opportunity to caress Chewie, offer him a warm hug, and some were even lucky enough to have him snuggle up in their laps for a brief nap.

In the photo, you can see Chris, Lenka, and Chewie enjoying some well-deserved moments of tranquil pet therapy. Chewie finds comfort in the warmth of his owner’s lap, while Chris admires the soft, curly texture of Chewie’s coat. In a heart-warming gesture, Chewie even shared a small smile with Chris!
