Come and enjoy the wonders of herbs with our gardener

We started off indoors in ‘The Cotton Club’ where we sat and crushed, smelt, and tasted both chives and curly leaf parsley.

We learnt that chives can help with digestive problems and strengthen the immune system. Parsley is rich in vitamins including A, B12, C and K. We then moved out to the patio where Brett had collected pots and soil. We started dividing clumps of oregano, sage and mace, learning more as we gardened. Soon we had new pots of herbs everywhere!

Such an enjoyable experience, and we all felt we had achieved so much.
