Countryside Trip

What better way to beat the scorching heat than to escape to the countryside for a delightful scenic drive and some refreshing shade in Pamphill?

Keith, June, Janet, Harry, Yvonne, and Pat enjoyed a tranquil morning as we leisurely meandered along the country lanes beyond Wimborne. The lush green landscape, lined with vibrant wildflowers, filled our hearts with joy. We couldn’t help but admire the charming country cottages covered in climbing roses and catch glimpses of  deer grazing in the fields.

Our journey continued as we crossed Merley Bridge, treating us to wonderful views of the river. It was an amazing sight, and we soaked in the beauty of nature before making our way back to Bourne View, just in time for a delicious lunch. Janet fondly reminisced about past experiences, and the outing brought back many memories for her.

Everyone said it had been a lovely morning & appreciated their photograph collage ‘postcards’ received on our return. Thanks to our driver for the day – Dave for our beautiful morning out!
