Happy New Year!

Residents loved our New Year’s Eve games night.

We started with a dice version of horse racing, before enjoying a paper aeroplane fly-off! We then tried out a new race activity where paper runways were pulled back as fast as possible by some very nifty footwork.

Next, it was time for refreshments, so the drinks trolley was offered, savoury and sweet nibbles were shared, and everyone chatted happily.

Finally, we played a traditional game of charades and then, joined by the night staff, we all held hands to sing Auld Lang Syne before toasting the coming year and wishing each other good night.
