International Gin & Tonic Day

To mark ‘International Gin & Tonic Day,’ the companions at Bourne View curated a delightful display of gins and tonics.

Our selection included Hendrick’s, Bombay Sapphire, and London Dry gins, each with its unique character. The Fentimans tonics added an extra layer of flavour with options like Rhubarb and Ginger, Orange, and Pink Grapefruit.

On this special occasion, we had the opportunity to explore the world of gin, learning about different cocktails where gin takes the centre stage. We delved into classics like Martinis, Negronis, and, of course, the quintessential G&T, which we couldn’t resist trying. The afternoon proved to be wonderfully relaxing, and we all left with a newfound appreciation for the art of gin. Cheers to a delightful and educational day!
