Magical Mystery Tour

On Tuesday afternoon, Muriel, Jean, Yvonne, Janet, and Pat were delighted to have another trip out on our minibus.

Karen, our minibus driver, organised a lovely afternoon of varied sightseeing. Despite the overcast weather, everyone’s spirits were high as we set off for our first stop, Coy Pond. We admired the brightly coloured daffodils in the gardens on one side and the pretty pond surrounded by trees.

Next, we drove to Cliff Drive, where we had another chance to stop and admire the scenery. Here, we could smell the sea air and appreciate the rough waves rolling in towards the shore below us. Finally, we drove through Sandbanks, admiring the properties and sea views as we went.

We then settled down for refreshments in the Haven Car park to watch the ferry in action and appreciate the waves crashing on the rocks next to us.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their “magical mystery tour”!
