Music Makes The World Go Round

Music is often said to make the world go around.

Just as our bodies require food to function, music acts as food for the soul, rejuvenating and filling us with energy and vitality.

That’s why David, one of our residents, still enjoys playing the piano despite having been a church organist for many years – he finds it both relaxing and energizing, and likes to keep his hand in. We all enjoy listening to David’s playing here at Bourne View, and often join in singing along to tunes we recognize, which makes him very happy indeed!
