Valentine’s Day Celebrations

Our Valentine’s Day celebration was filled with laughter, music, and a real sense of togetherness.

Residents, families, and staff came together in a dining room beautifully decorated for the occasion, enjoying delicious Valentine-themed cakes and cheerful conversation.

We marked two very special birthdays, celebrating Myrtle and Rosemary, and Janet was thrilled to win our “Name the Valentine’s Cow” competition, choosing Taurus in honour of her husband’s star sign. Later, a talented singer treated everyone to classic hits from the 1940s and 1950s, prompting residents and staff alike to sing, tap their feet, and dance along.

It was a day of shared joy, happy memories, and heartfelt Valentine’s wishes, reminding everyone of the warmth and companionship at the heart of our home.
