Welcome to Bourne View
I’m Sohail Daniel, Home Manager of Bourne View.
Bourne View blends the reassurance of 24/7 nursing-led care with the opportunity to find space for relaxation, reflection and companionship – all in gorgeous, homely surroundings. For a sense of just how amazing Bourne View is, please take a virtual tour.
Bourne View opened last year and since then there has been lots going on in and out of the home. Even during the testing times that Coronavirus has presented us with, residents within the home continue to enjoy each day, and we continue to celebrate, events, birthdays, national days and much more. Last month we celebrated VE Day and International Nurses Day.There’s every activity you can think of at Bourne View, it really is a home from home. Whatever you enjoy doing, let our companionship team know and no doubt we can make it happen!
As more residents make Bourne View their home, we aim for them to remain a part of the wider community. Within the home, we now run monthly social afternoons, ‘Teas in the Trees’ in our Rooftop Café. We hold a monthly charity Quiz, Bingo and Entertainment nights to raise funds for our Charities this year – Young Carers of Poole and Caring Canines. These charities are chosen by our residents.
PLEASE NOTE CURRENTLY THE ABOVE REGULAR EVENTS ARE NOT BEING HELD please see Coronavirus update for more information.
Call 01202 403180 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org, to have a chat with us about care for a loved one.
Since we opened our residents and relatives have been providing me with regular feedback and they have completed reviews on the independent review site Carehome.co.uk. I am delighted that to date we have achieved the perfect score of ten out of ten. We put our residents at the heart of all we do at Bourne View. To see these reviews yourself, as well as testimonials written by residents and their families, please click here.
On behalf of myself and the team we look forward to welcoming you to Bourne View.
