An Afternoon of Celebrations

Residents, families, and staff came together for a joyous afternoon at Braemar Lodge to celebrate our recent remarkable achievements.

Everyone applauded those who completed the 501-mile virtual trek from Braemar Lodge to Braemar in Scotland, raising over £400 for Salisbury Hospice.

The event also marked our recognition as a Veteran Friendly Home, our Colten Care Home of the Year award, and our manager Jackie Cash reaching the finals of the National Care Awards for Manager of the Year. Guests enjoyed canapés and drinks prepared by our talented catering team, while pianist Kevin provided a warm and engaging musical accompaniment.

Certificates and small gifts were presented to staff by residents, making the afternoon a heartfelt celebration of dedication, community, and shared pride.
