Residents at Brook View care home were treated to a special culinary experience when Master Chef Lou Jones visited to showcase his signature shortbread recipe.
During the engaging demonstration, Lou shared tips, techniques, and fascinating stories from his career and travels around the world, giving residents a unique insight into the life of a professional chef.

To round off the afternoon, everyone had the opportunity to taste the freshly baked shortbread alongside a warm cup of tea — a sweet and memorable ending to the event.
