104 Years Young!

Residents and families gathered in the dining room to celebrate Dorothy 104th birthday.

Bee entertained us with her wonderful voice, singing songs from the past, including ‘White Cliffs of Dover’, ‘Thank you for the Music’, ‘Singing in the Rain’, and many more. Percussion instruments came out, and Companions Rebecca and Elizabeth entertained everyone with their dance moves!

Everyone had a wonderful time, enjoying birthday cake and sandwiches with a nice cup of tea after the usual rendition of ‘Happy Birthday’. “This is the best party Mum has ever had!” exclaimed Julie, Dorothy’s daughter. What a great afternoon we had!
