Handmade Wax Candles

Our residents had a wonderful time creating handmade wax candles,

With the Help of Companion Team Member, Claire, we used special snap bar moulds, environmentally-friendly glitters, vibrant powder colours, and 100% Soy Wax.

It was exciting to melt the wax and we carefully pour it into the moulds, witnessing the beautiful swirls of colour and sparkles.

Resident Pat was particularly intrigued by the process and delighted with the final results.

These lovely wax melts will be used to fill our Hampers, which we’ll present to the nurses on International Nurses Day as a token of our appreciation.
