A Wish Come True

Today we made our resident Daphne’s wish come true!

We took Daphne with fellow residents to Alum Chine beach on a minibus trip; Senior Care Lead Lisa joined us as she helped make Daphne’s wish come true by organising the beach hut as a surprise. She got to have her paddle in the sea at last!

To savour the moment Daphne got to sit in a deck chair at the seashore and take in the views of Old Harry Rocks and the needles of the Isle of White.

We finished off the morning with a delicious Purbecks ice cream on our ride back to Brook View, everyone had a wonderful time.
