Brook Views Christmas cake

Today our chef Isabella made Brook View’s Christmas cake with our residents.

She shared her recipe secrets with them and the residents asked lots of questions and shared their own baking knowledge and expertise! My, we have a lot of passionate bakers here at Brook View! They delighted us with stories of their own master bakes! Christmas cakes, Wedding cakes, Christening cakes! Resident Freda Sherwood was delighted to take part, everyone made a wish as the cake was passed around!
