Brook View’s Western Themed BBQ – Supporting Waggy Tails Rescue

Staff at Brook View dressed up for our ‘Western’ themed Summer BBQ recently, with cowboy hats and not to mention our very own horse, Ned!

Senior Care Lead Lisa introduced all our residents to Ned which created much fun and laughter. Nicky Chapman from Waggy Tails Rescue brought along her lovely black Labrador Eddie to meet the residents and Staff. The rain did not put us off and the event was a complete success, wonderful food served by our chefs Isabella and Jack and to finish off the afternoon we had Retro Rita singing some great country and western favourites! At the end of the day we were delighted to have raised nearly £100 for Waggy Tails Rescue! Yeee Haaaa!
