International Nurses Day Celebrations

We had a wonderful time celebrating International Nurses Day here at Brook View.

We have been preparing for this for a few weeks as residents and companion Claire Diaper have been making handmade gifts to go into individual gift hampers for the Nurses to show our sincere thanks for all their hard work, care and support.

The residents made Wax Melts, Chocolate Lollies and soaps. Residents also gave handwritten cards to show their thanks. We all enjoyed an Afternoon Tea and cakes and a beautiful Cake made by our chef Isobella.

Such a wonderful afternoon with many smiles and many thanks to our truly wonderful Nurses, our hero’s!
