International Nurses Day

We were so excited to celebrate our wonderful nursing staff today!

Banners and balloons were in place for a special presentation to our wonderful nurses who were on shift. Our chef, Jack, made a wonderful cake for them to enjoy, too.

Before we began our usual choir activity, we rounded up our Home Manager Abhi, our Clinical Lead Lauren, and nurses Naomi and Susmita. And of course, we couldn’t leave our resident Janet out of the celebrations. Janet was a nurse for 40 years. We gave them all chocolates and a giant thank you card signed by many of our residents and staff.

All of our nurses were touched by the gesture and were happy to each receive a piece of cake to enjoy. A lovely occasion to celebrate our nurses!
