Raising Money for Breast Cancer Now

Brook View held a special cake sale to raise awareness and funds for the charity ‘Breast Cancer Now.’

Chefs Jack and Isabella created a wide selection of tasty and decorative cupcakes, Bakewell tarts, and macarons, all finished with a cherry on top.
Residents, relatives, and staff all supported this event and raised a fantastic total of £65.19.

Our Home Manager, Kerry, who is a breast cancer survivor, was thrilled to take part in the day and helped to spread awareness.

Brook View currently collects used and unwanted bras, which they donate to a charity that recycles them and, in turn, puts money into breast cancer research. We are proud to have sent off our twelfth box this month.
