Valentines Day

Residents at our home had a delightful time celebrating Valentine’s Day, starting with a gesture from our Companionship Team who distributed Valentine’s cards to every resident.

To kick off the festivities, some residents engaged in a word wheel game, challenging themselves to find 52 words from the letters in “VALENTINE,”.

The morning continued with a Valentine’s Day quiz featuring 26 questions.

In the afternoon, we enjoyed a lively “Mr. & Mrs.” game featuring our beloved couple, Pam & Trevor, who have been married for an impressive 57 years.

Laughter filled the room as residents guessed which partner would best match each question in three rounds of six questions each, such as, “who would deal with a spider if one appeared!”

The residents expressed their gratitude for a wonderful day filled with engaging activities and warm companionship.
