World Baking Day

For ‘World Baking Day’ we decided to bake sugar biscuits here at Brook View.

Our Companions Keanu and Claudia prepared the ingredients and baking utensils before welcoming our residents into the dining room.

Each resident had a turn mixing ingredients to form our cookie dough. Once our dough was complete, we all participated in rolling our dough into balls for the buttered baking trays.

Residents agreed they tasted delicious!
