World Ballet Day and The Prima Ballerinas!

We recently celebrated World Ballet Day.

We got to learn lots of facts about ballet which began in Italy around 1500. Then, the top 10 ballet dancers were listed, which we also talked about, with some photos to match the dancers. There were some multiple-choice questions, with resident Pat managing to answer many correctly and finally a true or false round. There was lots of fun and laughter. We then looked forward to the afternoon when we would be watching ‘Swan Lake’. We had such a lovely day.
