World’s Biggest Coffee Morning

Residents and their families took part in the world’s biggest coffee morning.  

Armed with cake and tea, residents and relatives enjoyed seeing how many words they could make from the word ‘Macmillan’ and came up with over 40 words! 

Brook View’s chefs had also hidden a golden centre in one of the cupcakes – whoever had that cupcake would win a bottle of bubbly. Our waitress Shana was lucky enough to bite into it whilst enjoying the morning’s fun. 

Resident Paula said, “The cupcakes were delicious. I was like Charlie Bucket trying to find that golden ticket!” 

Residents, staff, friends, and relatives raised funds for a wonderful cause and had great fun while doing it.
